This dynamic and exciting group of individuals boasts an array of musical talents, with each member contributing their unique flair to uphold the standard of excellence our audiences expect and deserve.

Meet The Band
Veronique Lalouette
Lead Vocal
Veronique, or ‘V’ as she is fondly known, has been a shining light in the local entertainment industry since 1995. She has appeared alongside leading acts which include Kurt Darren, Juanita du Plessis, Theuns Jordaan, Gerhard Steyn and Wouter Kellerman. In 2009 she sang the South African National Anthem at the IPL Cricket Tournament. A performer of considerable talent, Veronique is a fabulous addition to ZigZag.
Barry Godfrey
Bass Guitar and Vocals
Barry formed ZigZag with Lou in 2016. He has years of experience playing in all corners of the world including UK, UAE, Cyprus and Indonesia. Barry worked with South African band ‘Face 2 Face’ on the 80’s Rewind Tour which included international acts such as, Billy Ocean, Nik Kershaw, Go West and Cutting Crew. A true talent whose passion for playing will ensure the success of the musical content at your function.
Connie Bentlage
Keyboards, Saxophone and Backing Vocals
Connie is no stranger to South African audiences with over 20 years of stage experience, combining her dynamic presence with phenomenal musical talent. She has shared a stage with Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone and performed at Nelson Mandela’s 80th Birthday Celebration. Connie is an essential member of ZigZag.
Lou Greyling
Drums
As well as forming ZigZag with Barry in 2016, Lou has performed in numerous concerts, musicals, function venues and clubs both locally and overseas. Lou’s precision timekeeping provides the essential beat that, without doubt, holds the rest of the band together.
Mike Rowe
Guitar and Vocals
Mike has been involved in the South African music industry for many years. He has demonstrated his incredible musical ability at all levels performing at rock shows, corporate events and private functions. A veteran ‘axman’, Mike’s unique style adds colour and sophistication to the ZigZag sound.
